Challenger Round Goes the Distance, Tampon Bay Prevails

The Tampon Bay Pussies and New York Yankees hooked up in a classic Challenger Round that went right down to the wire.

In the end, it's Tampon Bay heading off to the PBL World Series, after a 10-0 win at Pamprin Ballpark tonight earned the 4-3 series win.

Outside Pamprin Ballpark, whether they were supporters of Tampon Bay or New York, many fans talked about how it was a series they would never forget.

Ellis Burks played the hero for the Pussies in the series, as his MVP performance included a .407 batting average, with a .433 on-base percentage. He also had 3 home runs, 6 RBI and scored 6 runs.

The PBL World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Challenger Round finishes.
