| Houston Wins, 6-2 | Houston Black Aces starter Ray Kremer was on his game, helping his team beat the Texas Rangers, 6-2. Texas has now lost 7 straight.
The Black Aces got an important contribution from third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall, who in the top of the fourth knocked a 1-1 fastball into center for a run-scoring double. It was his 32nd double of the season and put the Black Aces ahead, 2-0.
"Been a rough stretch for us," said Texas manager Joe Johnson.
