The Portland Sea Dogs left fielder tore up the Auburn Doubledays to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats at FNB Field today. The offensive onslaught from Hollandsworth powered the Sea Dogs to a 9-5 win. "Hollandsworth was a tough out today," Auburn manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Todd Hollandsworth singled in the 1st, tripled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th, struck out in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
