Cubs Use Late Rally to Win 4th Straight | The New York Yankees and Seattle Cubs left the fans buzzing.
The Seattle Cubs took New York pitcher Denny McLain's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Wrigley Field. The final score had Seattle getting past the Yankees, 5-3. McLain went 5.2 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 10. The 7th-place Cubs have won 4 straight.
Seattle took a 5-3 lead on Clint Conatser's 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off New York pitcher Jack Hallett in the bottom of the eighth.
