 | Seattle's Jensen PBL Star of the Week Monday, September 6th, 1999 At the age of 27, Jackie Jensen might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Seattle right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .400 batting average. For his efforts Jensen collected the Phoenix Baseball League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 30 at-bats, 4 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 7 games. Jensen is hitting .253 this year with 19 home runs and 76 RBIs.
