He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 1.1 innings. New York now has a record of 63-57 with the win.
Bobby Veach, the slugging left fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Veach contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the seventh inning to put New York up, 5-4.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Harper told the New York Citizen. | | | | |
