Yankees Rebuff Pilgrims, 7-6
The New York Yankees picked up a win at Yankee Stadium I, taking down the Boston Pilgrims, 7-6. Starting pitcher Yu Darvish was a big reason why. Doug Jones recorded the save, his 15th. The Yankees move to 28-30 with the win, while the Pilgrims drop to 32-26.

The Yankees scored in the bottom of the eighth when Andy Seminick hit a 2-run home run to make the score 7-6, New York.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Darvish.
