Pussies Lose, 8-4, at Cleveland Stadium
The performance of Dave Stegman proved critical in helping Cleveland beat Tampon Bay, 8-4. The Lake Monsters center fielder was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The Lake Monsters go to 47-71 with the win.

The Lake Monsters got an important contribution from first baseman Bill Skowron, who in the bottom of the third knocked a 0-1 fastball into center for a 2-run double. It was his 22nd double of the season and put the Lake Monsters ahead, 2-0.

"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Stegman said after the game.
